Hey babe, my name is Zoelle but please call me Zoe. I’m a wellness enthusiast, mama, wife, woo woo bestie, nature lovin’, coffee drinkin’, CEO in the making. Like every woman out there, I have so many titles, so many identities, but still searching for who I really am and who I really want to be. I strive to constantly evolve, grow through anything life has to throw at me, and enjoy every second of it. As I’ve gotten older I have realized the importance of joy, the desire for fun, adventure, and I’ve realized those aren’t things that had to stop just because I became an adult. I want to move my body, I want adventure, experiences, deeper friendships, and I want to be able to do those things without feeling like a distant wife and a bad mom. To be honest I’m not afraid to say that because I know I’m not the only one. Even if none of my “titles” resonate with you, I know you have your own that have been floating around in the background while reading this. This is why Connected Expansion exist, I created it for the women who are done playing small, who refuse to settle, who want to actually create a life that feels connected, expansive, and fully lived.
